J. E. Came (Cherry)
We were lucky enough to acquire two of these, and at this writing, have another nine foot table just like the one shown here.
The 19th century billiard table manufacturers rarely used cherry in their tables, but J. E. Came was an exception.
The thin cabinet and slender turned legs combine in an elegant Victorian form that has enough simplicity to showcase the warm wood, and enough detail to provide visual interest and a sense of being special.
